Are You Coachable?

Effective coaching requires that you be at a place in your life where you are coachable. This assessment, adapted from one developed by Coach U, helps you discover how open you are to being coached right now.

Circle the number that comes closest to representing how true the statement is for you, with 1 meaning "less true" about you and 5 meaning "more true" about you. Then, score yourself using the key at the end.
